- Capacitar for Kids

As part of our Family and Childcare support we also run Family and Child Holistic Series including:
- Chair Yoga and Dance
- Mindful Yogis
- Baby Massage
- Baby Sensory development
- Dance and movement
- Promotion of Speech and Language through play
